The Path to Liberty and Success

By Shtar
Yesterday I bumped into the following harmless maybe even insightful statement about liberty and success:
“Unless you manage your environment, it will manage you. The old question ‘would you rather be the poorest in a wealthy neighborhood or the richest in a poor neighborhood?’ is based on how the environment controls our subconscious and our subconscious controls our happiness.”
Being it is a day before the beginning of celebrating the holiday of Passover, it kind of hit me, The Israelites were enslaved by the lowest nation on earth (as the Torah mentions in Leviticus 18 3 the low behavior of the Egyptians do not mimic, inexplicably saying that it was really low), and in a short while became the chosen nation and priests of Hashem, kings of the richest country on earth the land of Israel.
The real hard thing the Israelites had to do was to follow Hashem (God) into the desert.
When we are now celebrating the Holiday of liberty, we all have our own hardships that we face in our lives we have to remember how fast it can all turn around from the darkest moments of pain, hell and fury into the light of Liberty, Kingdom and richest, yes you will have to go through the desert and the unknown in the process but in the end (with the help of Hashem) we’ll make it, not just making it but making it with a smashing success and real victory.
I’m not really sure how it is related to the above statement, other than that was what inspired this thought,
Have a joyous and celebratory holiday, Make it better every day.
